Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellations​

  • Customers can cancel their appointments via the confirmation email link.
  • Refunds are processed automatically according to your refund policy.

Provider Cancellations​

  • If you cancel a booking, a 100% refund is automatically issued regardless of your refund policy.

Refund Policy​

  • By default, Book Me Here allows 50% refunds up to 24 hours before the booking time.
  • You can customize this policy in your dashboard settings.

Stripe & Refunds​

  • All refunds are processed instantly through Stripe.
  • Make sure your Stripe account is connected to avoid payment issues.
