Getting Started with Book Me Here

Welcome to Book Me Here — your all-in-one scheduling platform to manage services, bookings, and payments effortlessly.

Step 1: Sign Up for a Free Trial​

Visit bookmehere.co and click the Start Your Free 7-Day Trial button.

You will sign up using your email and password.

Step 2: Complete Your Onboarding​

After signing up, you will be redirected to the dashboard. Click on the Complete Onboarding button to set up your account.

Step 3: Enter Your Business Information​

On the onboarding page, provide the following:

  • Business Name
  • Username: This will be part of your public booking link (e.g., https://bookmehere.co/book/username).
    • Must be unique
    • Can only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens
    • Max 30 characters
  • Optional Description/Bio
  • Time Zone: Important for managing bookings and ensuring customers book the correct time.
  • Regular Availability: Your typical hours of operation.

Step 4: Explore Your Dashboard​

After completing onboarding, you'll return to your dashboard, where you can manage your business. The sidebar menu includes:

Overview​

  • Main dashboard page showing recent bookings and customer list.
  • If your Stripe account is not connected, an overlay will prompt you to connect Stripe to start receiving payments.

Services​

  • Add, edit, and manage your services.
  • Services have a name, optional description, duration (minutes), and price (minimum $15, in your Stripe account currency).
  • Drag-and-drop to reorder services.

Bookings​

  • View all bookings with customer, service, and date/time details.
  • Cancel bookings here.
  • Note: If you cancel a booking, a 100% refund is automatically processed, regardless of your refund policy.

Availability​

  • Manage your regular working hours.
  • Add Unavailability Dates to block off specific times (e.g., vacations).

Analytics​

  • See total paid bookings, revenue, projected earnings for next 7 days, and upcoming bookings.

Billing​

  • Upgrade and manage your subscription plan.

Settings​

  • Update your public profile (business name, username, bio).
  • Update your refund policy (default: 50% refund up to 24 hours before booking).

Step 5: Connect Your Stripe Account​

To receive payments, you must connect your Stripe account.

  • Your public booking page will be hidden until Stripe is connected.
  • Your public booking URL will be:
    https://bookmehere.co/book/your-username
    Share this across social media to get booked.
  • Stripe onboarding requires entering your business information and completing verification.
  • If you experience issues during Stripe onboarding, contact Stripe Support.
  • After onboarding, you’ll be redirected back to your dashboard.
  • Stripe may require additional verification (e.g., ID verification).
  • Wait 10–15 minutes after submitting verification. Refresh your dashboard to see full Stripe connection status.

Step 6: Track Your Earnings​

You can track earnings by clicking the Stripe Express button on the overview page.

Download the Stripe Express app from the App Store or Play Store for mobile access.

  • Both providers and customers can cancel appointments.
  • Refunds are processed instantly on cancellations.
